Our priorities remain committed to providing all guests with a safe and relaxing hotel stay. That commitment starts with looking at our services and processes to take steps to deliver the safest and most enjoyable experience possible.

That is why we have taken additional measures beyond industry cleaning standards. Our cleaning program builds upon an already rigorous room cleanliness standard by providing additional training for Team Members, and increased cleaning of public areas. These modifications are in place to ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable, worry-free stay.

CLEANLINESS INITIATIVES

Meticulous sanitizing procedures and cleaning protocols are in effect throughout all guest rooms, public spaces, and behind the scenes.

Touch-free hand sanitizer stations are posted up and in position throughout the hotel, just give them the signal.

HOW WE CLEAN YOUR ROOM
Our housekeeping room protocol begins with our team removing all used items from the room such as bedding and towels. Next, the team performs a full clean of the room and bathroom including vacuuming, mopping floors and wiping down all surfaces with hospital-grade cleaners. After the room is thoroughly cleaned, we replace the towels and make up the bed with freshly laundered linens. Finally, our housekeeping inspector verifies the room meets the standards. Upon your arrival, you will have complete peace of mind that the room is clean and ready for your stay.

HOW WE KEEP OUR PUBLIC AREAS CLEAN
Guests will find disinfecting stations with wipes and hand sanitizer available throughout the hotel. Additionally, both public and Team Member areas are cleaned at scheduled intervals, including maintenance of high-touch areas like elevators and bathrooms.

OUR HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
The Chateau Grade is pleased to announce a return to daily cleaning services. Guests are invited to tailor their housekeeping services to their comfort level. For your comfort, we want your stay to be as undisturbed as possible. To skip scheduling, simply call the front desk. Of course, all guest rooms will continue to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guests.
